We strive to be completely transparent in our process. That’s why we’ve taken the liberty of including some of the questions that our customers have asked us about our gifting process. Take a look below, and please reach out to us if anything is left unclear.
Are the products available in ready stock?
Yes, all of our products are ready stock. Order processing lead time within 1-2 working days.
When the order will be delivered?
Gdex usually deliver the parcels on the next 1-2 working days. The drop-off location is in Seremban, NS.
What is your return policy?
Not all products are returnable or exchangeable due to the hygiene concerns.
Only defect items or wrongly embroidered items can be returned.
Customer will be refunded with store voucher estimated in 3-5 working days after the goods inspection is completed by the seller.
Inform us immediately for any faulty products within the 7 days you received the goods.
We accept returns in exchange for store voucher only.
What are the delivery methods?
Orders will be delivering by our default courier carrier- Gdex for areas within West Malaysia. Delivery by hand available for orders in Seremban.
Can the gifts to be directly sent to the recipient?
Yes, gift card message service is provided.
Can the gift set be personalized?
Yes, everyone loves unique gifts. You may select the options thru product that you'd like to purchase.
